The equipment is the easy part. The support is what you are buying.
Anyone can ship a machine to Kathmandu. Keeping it working in a department that runs seven days a week is a different job. Our engineers install it, train the people who use it, service it on a schedule and answer the phone when it stops.
Service at a glance
- Coverage
- All seven provinces
- Emergency line
- Open 24 hours, every day
- Engineers
- Factory trained by our brands
- Spare parts
- Fast moving stock held in Kathmandu
Pick the one you need today
Most departments end up using all four. They are priced separately so you only pay for what you use, and bundled into an annual contract when that works out cheaper.
Installation and training
From the site survey through to the moment your radiographer scans the first patient without us in the room.
- Power and room survey before we quote
- Commissioning, calibration, acceptance test
- Operator training with a handover file
Detailed maintenance
Scheduled servicing on a contract, so faults get found during a planned visit instead of during a patient list.
- Visits on a fixed calendar
- Performance, output and safety checks
- Written report you can file for audit
24x7 emergency service
A number that is answered at two in the morning, because that is when the ICU portable decides to fail.
- Call or WhatsApp at any hour
- Remote diagnosis before anyone travels
- Engineer dispatched anywhere in Nepal
Repair and maintenance
Component level repair with genuine parts, and a written estimate before a single screw comes out.
- Estimate approved before work starts
- Genuine parts, never substitutes
- On-site or in our workshop
Tell us where you are and we will tell you what happens next
Four common situations, four different starting points. Pick the one that matches your department today.
You have ordered equipment and need it installed
We survey the room before delivery, commission the unit, calibrate it and train your staff. The room is handed back working, not working-in-principle.
- Site and power survey before delivery
- Commissioning and acceptance testing
- Operator training across every shift

Nothing is broken, and that is the moment to act
A maintenance contract is the cheapest work we do. Faults get found during a planned visit rather than during a patient list.
- Quarterly or half yearly visits
- Written report after every visit
- Parts planned before they fail

Equipment is down and the department is waiting
Call the emergency line. We diagnose over the phone first, because a surprising share of faults are settings, supply or consumables.
- Line answered at any hour
- Remote diagnosis before anyone travels
- Engineer dispatched anywhere in Nepal

You are unsure whether to repair or replace
We diagnose to component level and give you a written estimate. If the repair is not economic we will say so instead of doing it.
- Estimate approved before any work
- Genuine parts, never substitutes
- Honest assessment when replacement is cheaper

The same five steps, every time
Whether it is a planned visit or a machine down at midnight, the sequence does not change. You always know which step we are on.
You report the problem
Call, WhatsApp or email. Give us the model, the department and what the machine is doing. A photograph of the error screen saves an hour.
We diagnose over the phone first
A surprising number of faults are settings, supply or consumables. Working through it on the phone with your technician often ends the call there.
We tell you what happens next
Either an engineer travels, a part ships, or we walk your biomedical team through the fix. You get the plan and the timing before we hang up.
The work gets done
On site or in our workshop, depending on the fault. If a part has to come from the manufacturer we tell you the lead time honestly rather than optimistically.
You get it in writing
Every visit ends with a report: what failed, what was done, what was replaced, and anything we noticed that will need attention later.

Hospital corridors, not showrooms
Our engineers spend their weeks in radiology departments, pathology benches and ICU wards across Nepal. That is where equipment actually fails, and it is where we would rather be than behind a sales desk.
We travel to the equipment
Inside the valley
Kathmandu, Lalitpur and Bhaktapur are same day for most calls, subject to traffic and parts availability.
Outside the valley
We attend sites across all seven provinces. Travel time depends on the route and the season, and we confirm it when you call.
Equipment we did not sell
We service other suppliers' radiology and laboratory equipment where parts and documentation can be obtained. Ask before you assume we cannot.
Your biomedical team
We would rather train your in-house engineers to handle the routine work than charge you to travel for it.
Tell us what needs attention
A quote for an annual contract, a one-off repair, or an engineer on site this week. Start with a call and we will tell you what it takes.
A week in the field
Installation, servicing and emergency callouts across the country. Replace these with your own photographs when you have them.
