We are not a catalogue reseller. For each brand below we hold the distribution, install the equipment with our own engineers, train the people who will use it, and keep the spare parts moving. That is the difference between buying a machine and having a working department.

Flat panel detectors for digital radiography

Viewers supplies the flat panel detectors we use to bring existing X-ray rooms up to digital radiography, and to build new DR installations from scratch. The generator and tube stay where they are. Only the imaging chain changes, which keeps both the project cost and the room downtime down.

X-Tech covers the X-ray range we install most often in Nepal. The three lines answer three different problems, and which one fits depends on your patient volume, your room and your supply. We survey the site before quoting, because incoming power and floor loading decide what can actually be installed.

Haematology and biochemistry analysers

Serachem covers the bench. Which analyser fits depends on your daily sample count and what your clinicians expect to see reported. We install it, calibrate against control material, run the first batch alongside your technicians, and arrange reagent supply at the same time so the bench is never left waiting.

A brand is easy to sign and hard to support. Before we agree to represent a manufacturer we ask one question: can we get parts, training and technical backing into Nepal reliably? If the answer is no, we pass, however good the margin looks.

Our team is trained and certified by the manufacturers whose equipment we carry, so diagnosis does not start with guesswork.

Fast moving spares are stocked locally, so a common fault is a repair rather than an import and a customs wait.

Support that outlives the warranty
