Best Lab Equipment all over Nepal
Equipment does not fail during office hours
When a portable X-ray fails in the ICU or an analyser stops mid-run, the department needs an answer immediately, not a ticket number. Our emergency line is answered at any hour by someone who can start diagnosing straight away.

The call at 2am is the one that matters
Equipment does not fail during office hours. When a portable X-ray stops in the ICU or an analyser dies mid-run, the department needs an answer immediately, not a ticket number and a promise of a call back.
Four things that cut the diagnosis time in half
Have these ready and we can often solve it on the phone instead of sending someone tomorrow.
The make and model
It is on the rating plate, usually on the back or the side. A photograph of the plate is perfect.
The exact error message
Photograph the screen. Error codes are far more useful than a description of what the screen looked like.
What changed
A power cut, a new reagent lot, a move to another room, a recent software update. Faults rarely appear from nothing.
Who is with the machine
Put the person standing next to the equipment on the phone. Relaying instructions through a third person doubles the time and halves the accuracy.

Most calls end on the phone
A surprising share of faults are supply, settings, consumables or a user-clearable error. Working through it with your technician on the phone often ends the call in minutes.
When it does need hands on it, we tell you when an engineer can be there and which part they will bring. If we do not have that part, we say so immediately rather than sending someone to look at it twice.
- Put the person standing at the machine on the phone
- Photograph the error screen and the rating plate
- Tell us what changed: power cut, new reagent lot, a move
- We confirm the plan before we hang up
From your call to a working machine
The line is answered
By an engineer or by someone who can reach one immediately. Not by a message system that promises a call back in the morning.
Remote diagnosis
We work through it with your technician on the phone or over WhatsApp. Supply faults, settings, consumables and user-clearable errors are frequently resolved here, in minutes.
Dispatch decision
If it needs hands on it, we tell you when an engineer can be there and what part they will bring. If we do not have the part, we say so immediately rather than sending someone to look at it twice.
A workaround while you wait
Where the equipment can safely run in a reduced mode, we set that up so the department keeps working. Where it cannot, we say that plainly. Patient safety is not a place for optimism.
Repair and follow-up
The fix, the test, and a written report. If the same fault recurs, we escalate it to the manufacturer rather than repeating the same repair at your cost.
We travel to the equipment
Inside the valley is usually a matter of hours. Outside it depends on the route and the season, and we give you a realistic time on the call rather than one that sounds good.

How the emergency service works
What counts as an emergency?
Equipment that has stopped, is producing unreliable results, or is unsafe to use, where waiting until the next working day would affect patient care. If you are unsure, call. We would rather take a call that turns out to be routine than have you wait overnight on something that was not.
How quickly can an engineer reach us?
Inside the Kathmandu valley it is usually a matter of hours. Outside the valley it depends on the route, the season and flight availability, and we give you a realistic time on the call rather than a number that sounds good.
Do you charge extra for night and holiday calls?
Out-of-hours attendance is charged differently to a routine visit, and contract holders are treated differently again. We tell you the basis before an engineer travels, so nothing on the invoice is a surprise.
We are not a customer. Will you still come?
Yes, where we have the competence and the parts for that equipment. Existing customers and contract holders are prioritised when calls overlap, which is the honest answer rather than a comfortable one.
What if the fault needs the manufacturer?
We raise it with them directly and manage the exchange for you, including shipping if a part or module has to go back. You deal with us, not with a factory in another time zone.
Something down right now?
Call. Do not fill in a form and wait for an email. The line is answered at any hour.
